ParaGraph Consultants was founded by Punkaj Gupta, a seasoned industry expert with over 20 years of experience spanning biopharmaceutical marketing, sales, strategy, and reimbursement. Having “carried the bag” as a sales representative and held senior roles in marketing and reimbursement, Punkaj saw a gap in the market: biopharmaceutical teams needed more than generic advice—they needed tailored, expert guidance to overcome unique challenges. ParaGraph Consultants was created to fill that gap.

What drives my work is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the biopharmaceutical world. With over two decades of experience in the field, I specialize in strategic marketing for small-to-midsize biopharmaceutical companies, particularly in the rare disease space. I’m passionate about helping companies grow, bringing innovative therapies to market, and empowering teams to succeed.
What excites me most is collaborating with brilliant minds, tackling complex challenges, and creating strategies that help groundbreaking treatments reach the patients who need them most. Whether it’s planning a launch, developing targeted marketing materials, or building strong relationships with key opinion leaders, I find deep satisfaction in helping teams achieve their goals while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
